THE FARM
Ferme des Tourelles was expanded significantly in 1966 when Peggy’s great-grandparents, Paul and Loséa Roger, acquired a neighbouring property and transformed the previously small farm into a truly unique location.
Specialising in dairy production since 1968, the farm has made some significant contributions to the development of this activity. They started manufacturing farmhouse cheeses made with raw milk in 1994, thus continuing a family tradition. Peggy and David, both of whom are incredibly passionate about nature and food, manage the farm and devote themselves to the production and distribution of their cheeses.
